چکیده

Abstract There may be cases where experts do not have in-depth knowledge of the problem to solved in decision-making problems. In such cases, fail express their views on certain aspects problem, resulting incomplete preferences, which some preference values are provided or missing. this article, we present a new model for group (GDM) methods experts’ preferences can expressed as Fermatean fuzzy relations. This is guided by additive-consistency property and only uses expert provides. An additive consistency definition characterized priority vector has been given. The also used measure level information experts. proposed definition’s presented, well obtaining missing judgments We method adjusting inconsistency relations, vector, increasing consensus degrees addition, GDM environments with To show that our outperforms existing relations environments, an example compared it methods. It seen beneficial deficient relation produces meaningful results us.

INCOMPLETE INTERVAL-VALUED HESITANT FUZZY PREFERENCE RELATIONS IN DECISION MAKING

In this article, we propose a method to deal with incomplete interval-valuedhesitant fuzzy preference relations. For this purpose, an additivetransitivity inspired technique for interval-valued hesitant fuzzypreference relations is formulated which assists in estimating missingpreferences. First of all, we introduce a condition for decision makersproviding incomplete information. Decision maker...

Group decision making with incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relations

The aim of this paper is to propose a procedure to estimate missing preference values when dealing with incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relations assessed using a 2–tuple fuzzy linguistic approach. This procedure attempts to estimate the missing information in an individual incomplete fuzzy linguistic preference relation using only the preference values provided by the respective expert....

A Group Decision-Making Model with Incomplete Fuzzy Preference Relations Based on Additive Consistency

In decision-making problems there may be cases in which experts do not have an in-depth knowledge of the problem to be solved. In such cases, experts may not put their opinion forward about certain aspect of the problem, and as a result they may present incomplete preferences, i.e. some preference values may not be given or may be missing. In this paper we present a new Model for Group Decision...

A Consensus Model for Group Decision Making with Incomplete Unbalanced Fuzzy Linguistic Preference Relations

We present a consensus model for group decision making with unbalanced fuzzy linguistic preference relations, i.e., assuming that the preferences are assessed on linguistic term sets whose terms are not symmetrically and uniformly distributed. This consensus model can manage incomplete information situations, that is, situations where the experts do not give all the preference values that they ...

Solving multi-criteria decision making with incomplete linguistic preference relations

This study proposes some issues to solve the Incomplete Linguistic Preference Relations under Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The proposed method has simple calculation and can speed up the process of comparison and selection of alternative. Experts obtain the matrix by choosing a finite and fixed set of alternatives and perform a pairwise comparison based on their different preferences and kno...
